Last day of School...Utah version

It wasn't too warm, probably only 70 degrees, but who can resist slip sliding on the last day of school/first day of summer vacay? Here's a few shots at the Meinzer/Smith kids in action.

Last year Jared cut out a bunch of bushes and started clearing the land below the shed. Then this year we rented an excavator and Jeff leveled the land, pulled out a tree and built some retaining walls. Then Jeff, dad and Frank put up this fence around the area and we are going to have a cornfield inside! Also to the left, above the smaller retaining wall there will be about 10 blueberry plants - yum!! Thanks to all the guys for helping!

This is our new Coleman pop-up tent trailer. The Zufelts are taking it on it's first trip Memorial Day weekend.

Our orchard is so beautiful right now and every single tree has fruit on it. We have peaches. apricots, pluots, apples and cherries. We will have to cover them all next week to keep the critters out, and if we are successful we will have the best crop of fruit in 21 years!!

Bounty from Headquarters

Brynn found our first egg! We now get about 5 or 6 a day.

These artichokes are yummy! We got at least 10 from one plant.

Great strawberries!

Green peas that were delish!

NCLEX

Well I just wanted to let everyone know that I took my NCLEX (National Council Licensure EXamination) yesterday. They way the test works is not by percentage, but more like a graph. When you answer a question right you move up, wrong you move down. Once you hit a predetermined mark you pass and the computer shuts off. You fail by either 1) running out of time, 2) hitting the fail mark or 3)dropping below the minimum pass mark within the last 60 questions. There is a maximum of 205 questions, and a minimum of 85. The computer shut off for me at 85 questions. So I either hit the pass mark or a hit the fail mark. I have a pretty good feeling I passed and it's usually a good sign when the computer shuts off early. I still have to wait about a month for my results, which is ridiculous because it's computerized and it knows right away. But what can you do. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support. I'll let you know as soon as we get the results.
