My FIRST Limo ride! For our 48th anniversary the kids got together and gave us a limo ride to one of our favorite restaurants - Zachary Jaques! Thank you everyone!

We went Christmas Tree cutting with the Webers and we had a "hay ride" after cutting the tree!

Our potatoes are so good this year! This is my first attempt at potato chips and they were yummy!

What a difference 60 years make!

Our Colorful Carrots! They taste just like regular carrots but the different colors add a little variety

We've got GOLD in our garden!

Our beets are so delicious this year - we eat the beet and the greens. And at about $1.oo apiece for beets nowadays - they are as good as gold!

Our 22 year old chest freezer died so we bought a new up-right freezer - love it! But that left some holes and open spaces in the cabinetry so we had new cabinets built over the freezer and next to it. Because of that we also had to re-do the 22 year old formica counter tops - not too sad about that! Love the new tile and the laundry room looks so much richer!

Our sink was stained and beyond fixing so this new white sink is so clean and nice looking!

Jeff went to the shed to get his motorcycle helmet and found this little nest in it. If you look closely at the second picture you can see horse hair that was used to soften it - we're thinking about putting it back - Jeff just used this helmet a few months - so the poor momma bird is probably wondering what happen to her cozy little house!

Jeff is taking an art class and had to create a sculpture. This airplane is made entirely of wrapped newspaper - with a little tape to keep it from un-rolling. Pretty clever!

Cousin Fun!

Jessica, Jacqui and Nicole found some "old" dresses downstairs and gave us a fashion show!

The blue dress that Jess has on, was one I wore in the 10th grade!

These dresses were worn by Heidi, Becky and Amy at Rick and Debi's wedding over 20 years ago!

The wedding dresses were a hit! Jess has on Kim's dress, Nicole has on Amy's dress and Jacqui has on Becky's dress. Heidi and Michele were so excited because now they don't have to buy new wedding dresses for their girls - they can just borrow these!
