Here comes #23

Just to make sure everyone heard the news: the Zufelt's are having another baby!!! We announced it to the kids on Saturday and then took them around that night to share the news with family in town. They are pretty excited (Bryson especially) as are we. I was not pregnant when I had my surgery so hopefully this baby was not affected by any of that. I'm almost 10 weeks now and due in mid-late August. If its not a baby girl I think Brynn might die. I asked her if she would still love it if it was a boy and she said "ugghhhh. . . yes. But I'm so sick of these boys!" (meaning her brothers) These are some of the responses we got after our announcement:

* If its a girl can we name her Kevin? (from UP)

* Oh, Yes!!! Now we can fight over the baby instead of the dog!

* I don't understand. What's going on?! (after 8 kids and 20+ grandkids Dad still gets confused)

* Another one? Again?

* Well, its ABOUT TIME!!!

* I knew Tanner would break you down.

* a hard, blank stare (from Hud)

Believe it or not this was a planned pregnancy - our first one - and we found out on Christmas Day. Pretty good Christmas present I'd say. I don't recommend moving during the first trimester. I've been more exhausted than ever before and had a bit of nausea, which I've never had with the other pregnancies, but I can't complain too much. I get my naps with Hud every day and that seems to help a lot. We will keep everyone posted on any changes.
